INDISPENSABLE

Life gets busy a lot of times and at such times, we tend to forget to take care of ourselves whilst trying to keep up with all the busyness. It could be trying to keep up with several deadlines and meet up with several activities at home, work, community and/or church. At times like that, when there’s so much to do and twenty-four hours seem awfully short to achieve all, do yourself a favour and rest when you are tired. For long after you have left earth, these activities will still go on! So whenever you’re overwhelmed with so much, remind yourself that no one is indespensable for there will always be someone who can do all that you are currently doing, if not better even. Therefore, don’t wait to break down and get consigned compulsory rest by your body, rather make time for yourself to rest whenever necessary.
